On January 27, the Company lost no time in establishing a work team for epidemic prevention and control, specified the respective functions of each department, built online communication platforms, determined the epidemic contacts of all departments, formed an individual tracking system of "individual–contact person–HSE–individual", and prepared and released the Work Scheme of SSARD for COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control, Contingency Plan of SSARD for COVID-19 Epidemic and other institutional documents to guide the epidemic prevention and control according to the requirements set by the superior units and the actual situation of SSARD.
Meanwhile, facing a serious shortage of anti-epidemic supplies, the Company's procurement staff set about procuring the anti-epidemic supplies by all means and channels to guarantee the implementation of subsequent work and production resumption.
